How do I open a C27-1655 all-in-one to change the RAM?

    I just answered this for another user, or maybe for you. :)

    You remove that one fan (3 screws) to access the memory slots. Get the same type of memory that's installed now, DDR4 SO-DIMMs, I believe they are 3200MHz but verify.
