why am i facing low brightness, few keys dont work problem frequently ?acer swift 3

hi it me kazi . Almost one year i bought my laptop acer swift 3 in my home country Nepal . Currently, i am in united kingdom as a international student . but since few month i am facing many problem in my laptop, some time few key board bottom doesn't work. sometime my display brightness is gone too low even difficulties to see, even i cant higher the brightness .but sometime time it work fine like nothings happen. i face it frequently and i am still confused why ? could you help me identify my problems and a way to solve it. it will be great help for me. waiting for your replay with my solution.

We are going to need more information, there have been a lot of different Swift 3 models over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. What OS do you have on it? Have you done any updates recently?
