Disable automatic restart: Go to Start > Settings > System > About > Advanced system settings > Advanced tab > Startup and recovery > under System failure, uncheck Automatic restart.

    Update your BIOS.

Boot into Safe Mode: Boot your computer into Safe Mode and check if the issue persists.

If still the auto shutdown, open the Command Prompt as administrator, make sure internet is working and paste this in the command window; Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter. Should complete successfully, rerun if not. Then paste this command in the same window: SFC /scannow and press Enter, that will repair system files, rerun till you see: "…did not find any integrity violations".

If nothing helps, I recommend contacting Acer Support in your country to book a laptop repair service.

Hi @Puraw i have tried which is you provided the steps and monitored last 2 days. But still the auto shutdown is happening. its related auto shutdown not auto restart. i don't know what i need to do.

@Acer-Brad Please do the necessary step and solve my issue immediately. I am struggling for this issue last 2 months. i spend more cost for this laptop and clear my issue.

    Thanks

    Raja.

    Hi Raya,
I recommend bringing/sending the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults.
