Why PredatorSense cannot work properly on brand new system?while on reboot it usually works

PredatorSense cannot open properly during startup, while on reboot it usually works. If it finally starts after a while it just stop working, stop responding to modifications and I cannot manage anything inside the app. I'm using on windows 11 with a Predator Helios 16. No any solution works from the internet. I cannot even identify the background services it uses for working. I cannot even know how to manually restart the background processes because all the acer services I have runs and start auto with the system and restarting / stop / start do nothing with predatorsense. Reinstall do nothing. Visual+ do nothing. Older or newer version of the app (or the system) do nothing. Should I call the local service to bring me a new motherboard or what is the next move when nothing works?

I also have the same laptop, predator helios 16, i also have a problem with predator sense, i cant manage anything in it. Its says it will have a mode setting once my ac adapter is plugged in but its already plugged in and charging fine.
