Hello team,

Yesterday everything was file, suddenly today both USB wireless mouses are no working.

Simply plug and nothing happen.
Cable mouses work fine and other devices like External hard drive, keyboard, works ok.

What that could be?

I did not run or change anything for USB

Is there any driver USB that I could install?

Yes, uninstall the Blue Tooth driver in Device Manager and any other driver to d=see with a yellow exclamation mark (expand the devices). Just reboot and Windows will reinstall BT. Also check if the mice have switches at the bottom that need to be turned on if the batteries are still good.

Battery are brand new I have tested in another mouse and devices, works fine.

The most incarcerable is, 2 days ago was fine in now completely stop.

Furthermore, it was 2 mouses, Bluetooth or USB does not work.

I uninstall, restart and nothing happen.

    There are 3 options here:

    1. Hardware Acer bug
    2. Windows bug
    3. Maybe both?

All connect good. I did not update anything or install any new drivers these days.

Since yesterday was fine I recommend restoring the registry (system) to December 15 as there was a Windows update around December 13 you don't want to lose. Type Restore in windows search bar and click on "Create a restore point" hopefully you have enabled this very important system protection feature in Windows. Then click on System Restore at the top of that window and select a date between 13-15 December. Takes a few minutes only. You should not lose any data, maybe some custom settings like lock screen etc.

I need to check what was the update about!

If it's related to hardware, could be the reason. Otherwise, let it be as it's unfortunately and wait for the next update. I believe I was not the only affected. The community will raise posts etc around and it will be solved.

Thank you for letting me know about the update.

I usually do not run update automatically and I did not update as well, so that's weird.
