I'm not able to get my Predator Triton 700 PT715-51 to lower or raise the brightness of the monitor

It is new, with Windows Pro (clean installation) recently installed (1 week ago) and with all other functions OK. It must be a driver issue, so I started by updating them, it had no effect.I uninstalled the updates for both the monitor and the NVIDIA GPU, also without effect.I booted into safe mode and installed Driver Easy. Neither.So I decided to consult this forum.

Make sure to install the Intel UHD driver also as it is currently controlling the laptop LCD brightness.

Thanks to the information about the processor I was able to identify that it has an Intel® HD Graphics 630 that does not appear in the device manager. I think that must be the source of the problem when I tried to install the Intel drivers. I already posted a similar query on the Intel forum.

I also found out that my device has a BIOS feature called GOP, which is supposedly a new technology that will replace VGA, perhaps that is the source of the problem. But I don't know that technology and the BIOS does not allow me to make changes to it.

Try resetting the battery: disable fast startup in the power options, turn off the computer, disconnect the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the computer off for half an hour.
