Hi,

the last Black Friday I purchased an Acer Aspire 5 A515-47-R1YD.

After executing the first update, Windows Update warned me that two had failed:

Realtek - Extension - 1.0.0203

Download error - 0x80248007

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9514.1

Download error - 0x80248007

I searched for help in the Microsoft community, were I was suggested to visit the Acer website and install all Realtek drivers.

I was able to install the Audio driver version 6.0.9357.1 and the Lan driver version 10.56.119.2022

There are 3 other drivers remaining: Audio console, Bluetooth and Wireless LAN. I could not install these drivers because, unlike for the Audio and the Lan drivers, there is not a setup file. How can I install these drivers?

You could use the Device Manager to install the drivers from supplied INF files. Perhaps there is an exclamation mark on an audio device, or another device on the device manager. Then you can navigate through the "have disk" menu after choosing to search for drivers manually, and to try install any INF file provided until you successfully have installed the appropriate drivers.
