Searched in regedit for OEM and got tired when having seen it mentioned 50 times.

Why does Acer install bloatware and spam on computers?

We have bought the computer so why install adware on it?

Deleted the OEM and restarted. Nothing seems to have changed in functionality of the computer so I'll just leave it there.

Should it coma back again I will have to do something in regedit.

I hate that acer put in software that is not needed. It would be OK if it was up to users of the computer to install it, but having bought the computer we should be able to expect that it comes with needed software to get the best out of the hardware in it and if the computer company wants to install more it should be something that users should voluntarily do by themselves.

Searccing in hiden files, it was not ompletely gone.

The OEM was in the recovery just below Program Files (x86).

Deleted that and searched %temp% and deleted all in there and now gone with the wind. No more Planet9 or other things acer wants us to join or buy or whatever.

Hi you can uninstall most 3rd-party programs in Windows "Add or remove programs", antivirus programs like McAfee and Norton require a proprietary uninstaller that you can download from their websites. Don't try to uninstall Acer programs as these will just reinstall when you reboot, same with editing Window11 registry, it will be reset to default when you reboot. Don't use REVO or CCleaner and the like as these can play havoc with the Windows registry and you will be worse off than bloatware. If you really want a clean Windows OS you have to reinstall it with an ISO file preferably on a USB flash drive. What program is it you cannot uninstall? Uninstalled Microsoft packages will always leave behind some records.
