Microphone not working properly and F4 function not working even with acer quick access A515-57G

hello everyone !, I am using Acer Aspire 5 (Aspire A515-57G) i5 1240p model for the past 8 months, Now I had one issue on my laptop microphone, actually the problem is, it is not working, I tested my microphone in sound setting and it never exceeded 5 % of the total volume, what should I do to solve this problem and also my f4 button won't work, I tried it with fn + f4 too, Whenever I press that button the light will turn on indicating that the microphone has blocked but now the Indicator won't work and the microphone can't be blocked, I am mentioning this because I thought may be this would be the reason, Now I have no clue how to solve it, can anyone help me out ?
