I wanted my money back. can some one help to refund?Had blue screen issue on acer aspire 7

i bought acer aspire 7 in october and with in month i faced BLUE screen error, i call to service center they cant solve my problem on call it takes 1.5 month and 3 times onsite engineer has came but still it cant solved.
they cant repair and damaged my laptop from side (i thiink by screw driver).

NOW i WANT Refund. please take your L**top ACER. i dont wanted to keep it with my self.

your laptop has wasted my money, time and energy.

and facing acedemic loses…………..
