I have bought a new laptop Acer Aspire A317-53 which has Bluetooth installed. But it is among the hidden files and not connected to the computer - meaning I can't use it and so can't use my wireless bluetooth connected mouse, either.
I can't enable it through device manager.
Does anybody has any other suggestion?

They shipped those systems with a couple of different cards. What does Device Manager say your WiFi card is? WiFi and Bluetooth are on the same physical card…

Thanks a lot for trying to help me :)
But now my Bluetooth has shown up and I can connect to it. It just won't recognise the mouse …

It has some other suggestion for what I can connect to. Even my neighbour's Mac Book which is not good … So I have sort of given up for now. Sorry for wasting your time :)
