Good day!

Have an issue with touchpad (don't work at all) on Acer Aspire 3 (A315-24P). I think I did all I can:

  • Try all possible shortcuts for touchpad enabling / disabling: Fn + F2, Fn + F6, Fn + F7.
  • Try to change Touchpad setting in BIOS (PS2 / I2C). My BIOS version is 1.11
  • Install all updates for Windows 11.
  • A315-24p model based on AMD Chipset and there is no any Sirial IO driver in drivers list from Acer. Anyway I try all of recommended drivers for touchpad (Elantech and Synaptics) without Serial IO driver and with different combinations (AMD Seial IO driver from Lenovo, Intel IO driver).
    • Report from AMD Software Tool shows the I have fresh versions of drivers (GPIO, PS2, I2C).

What is my mistake and what I can do to solve my issue?
