Nitrosense button stopped launching Nitrosense Acer Nitro 5,keyboard would turn on during startup

I've had my Acer Nitro 5 for about 2 weeks. When I initially got my laptop, I noticed my light up keyboard would only turn on during startup but then would go pitch black. I would hit fn + 9 or 10 and nothing would light up. I saw a few things online saying to uninstall Nitrosense and reinstall it. I uninstalled and reinstalled Nitrosense and my backlight worked like a charm.
Except for one problem, my Nitrosense key was now useless. Everytime I hit the button, it causes the cursor to load for a split second. I've tried launching PSlauncher and I've looked around for help. This is my first time owning a computer designed for gaming. Hell, it's my first computer. I'm stuck and it could be the easiest fix in the world. Help lol

I have the same problem. But the keyboard will not light up at all, and the Nitrosense app when run manually will crash when i try to go to keyboard settings.
