How to Fix Please Wait While We install a system update Acer Aspire 3 A315-51

I Just Bought My Acer Aspire 3 (Brand-new) and there's a update a I click it it now The Fans are so noisy and It's Says Please Wait While We install a system update. I try to Off it but it's doesn't work It's been 2 hour now and it's not Finished Please How to fix this

  • Hi @Vanvon1628 It is possible that you have been left without an internet connection during the update, press and hold the power button until the computer turns off and turn it on again.

    If you are using WiFi, make sure you are close to the router or better connect the device via Ethernet cable.

    Noo.. I can't turn it off I don't know why

  • Disconnect the charger if you had it connected and do a reset as indicated in the screenshot I have posted.
