Solved. That application was the wrong file, that was meant for the laptop. For the stand-alone monitor, on the same page (
), put the serial number of your monitor (you can find it in the monitor menu, under I). then download the correct application and it will work.0

today, I removed all SpatialLabs applications, restarted Windows, and downloaded the latest SpatialLabs Experience Center (2023/12/06) and this is what I got:
