First be very careful with a bios update as Acer warns every user "Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution" and you should especially be careful after your bios was flashed with older version bios??? Look at the System Information for the bios version or ask the technician which bios version he flashed your laptop with FIRST and then flash the bios with a higher version, be very careful, as you can brick your bios.

The Aspire A515-52 laptop has a Drivers & Manuals Acer page, < follow this link and go to this page at BIOS/Firmware and download the last bios version 1.16 - 2019/11/28 - 1. Update hotkey to show SATA mode in BIOS page < as this bios is the last bios for the Aspire A512-52, Good luck and hope this helps you out.

No, it should install just fine with Windows 11.

Check Acer's official website for your laptop model's latest BIOS version and update it to resolve the extended boot time issue.
