Processor Upgrade question for Acer Aspire M1201

Hi:

I'm looking to do a processor upgrade to my acer aspire M1201 ( am1201-b1603a )

 

The current processor is an AMD Athlon 64 x 2 AD04800IAA5D0, Stepping Number NAAFQ

 

The Mother Board model number is RS740M03A1 - 8EKRS2H which i believe is made by foxconn but i can't find a list of compatible processors for it any where on their web site.

 

I am familiar with tinkering with PC's, replacing thermal paste, ram, etc but have never done a processor upgrade before and don't want to take a chance on installing one that could damage the motherboard..  Will any AM2 socket processor work or is there a specific compatibility list.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks for reading.
