I have a new Predator PH!-71. A couple of times when my Blue Tooth Bose Quiet Comf. II headphone connect sound comes from both the speakers and the headphones simultaneously. This happens when no audio is on at connection time. And for whatever it's worth ZOOM Meetings always cause this issue.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Brian

Yes, this a common problem with allot of devices and Bluetooth, you need to fully turn your zoom calls off and make sure that the Bluetooth is turned off and disengaged after you engage any device with the Bluetooth pairing.

To fix this issue, the best solution is to do this:

Go Device Manager > Bluetooth > Bose Quiet Comf. II headphone > right click it and chose Properties > Driver > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then reinstall the last driver that worked for these headphones, as this will stop both the Bose and laptop speakers turning on.
