Swift 3 SF313-53-52KB not turned on Does it suggest hardware problem?

Hi, I have problem turning on my Swift 3, model SF313-53-52KB. This happened a few times this week. There was a time that it was turned on after I pressed the power button for more than 20-30 seconds. After that, it doesn't turn on with this method. I then tried the pinhole method, using a pin on the pinhole for 30 seconds, and the laptop turned on. The battery was at 97% ( it was fully charged yesterday). However, it is turned off not long after it is turned on, when I left it there while going through posts here. The second attempt on the pinhole didn't turn it back on. The laptop I'd purchased around July 2022. This laptop has not be excessively used. May I ask:

1. How to turn it on?

2. Would this happen again, I can't imagine keep trying on the pinhole method or long press power button, every time I need the laptop.

3. What might be the problem? Does it suggest hardware problem? Do I need to bring it to repair?

Check if your BIOS version is 1.11, 2022/11/15, if not, update BIOS and Windows11 to version 23H2 build 22631.2715.
It may be hardware related or a bad contact. Consider bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check this out. Alternatively try this: Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module under the SSD card (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.
