I can't seem to change the brightness of my Acer Predator display anymore PT316-51s-740

I have recently acquired an Acer Predator Triton 300 SE. I have had it for about 4 days, when all of the sudden I could not change the brightness of my display anymore. Not by pressing the keys to change the brightness, nor by changing the brightness in the Windows settings. I am not quite sure if this is Windows related, or Acer related. If somebody knows more about this, please let me know.

Everything is up to date, my windows setting and graphics settings, I updated it before the brightness of my display wasn't working anymore. I have to say that the problem did not occur immediately after the update of the graphics driver, but about 3 days after that. I think I will contact Acer support, thank you for your help.
