Acer Aspire E15 laptop is crashing and shutting down for no reason

My laptop started crashing out of nowhere recently. It looks like the battery has died, then I plug it in and restart it. When it turns on the battery is at 100% and i can unplug it again and continue working without being connected to power. No matter how long I work the battery doesn't budge from 100%, sometimes that's days of use and it's completly cut off power. I do have to add that I changed the battery a few years ago, also the laptop is 5-6 years old. Laptop model: Acer Aspire E15

What do mean by "I changed the battery a few years ago" 3-4 years back? and what quality/model battery did you install, if this is a refurbished cheap battery bought from a questionable shop you can expect power problems, post your full E15 model (E5-575G-57D4?) and we may tell you the correct battery model and where to buy it. 😉
