Uninstall all drivers with yellow exclamation marks, Touchpad and 12C HID drivers you see in Device Manager, make sure you are online and reboot, Windows10? will install MS Precision drivers for your touchpad. Don't install manually drivers. 😉

According to a post on the Acer Community forum, the touchpad driver for SP111-33 notebook is not available on the Acer website 1. However, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Press the fn + f6 or f6 alone or fn + f7 or f7 alone on your keyboard to disable and enable the touchpad 1.
    2. If the above step doesn’t work, try performing a system restore. You can do this by typing rstrui in the search bar and selecting a date on which your computer was working fine.
    3. If the above steps don’t work, you can try downloading and installing the touchpad driver from the Acer support website. Here are the steps to follow:
      • Go to Acer’s support website and select your country.
      • Enter your SNID or choose your model.
      • Install the I/O drivers first and then install the chipset and card reader drivers 12.

Heheh, looks like the AI that generated that last message wasn't thinking well. It starts with the driver isn't on the Acer website, then goes on to say try downloading it from the Acer website. :)

The SP111-33 models use the generic Windows touchpad drivers. To use extended features you need to verify the touchpad is set to Advanced in the BIOS Main tab.
