As I've said to you above, the M.2 SSD Gen 4 drives will work with your laptop, as they are all backward compatible no matter which Gen 4 drive you put into your PT515-51 laptop. The Predator Triton PT515051 has provisions for 2x PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe v1.3 type drives, so and if you put a PCIe4x4 like the Samsung 2TB 980 Pro M.2 SSD the PT515-51 will utilize its full read/write speeds.

As far as the Kingston M.2 SSDs, they have one version that they sell of the old PCIe3x4 interface and that is the model DC1000B M.2 NVMe SSD and new Gen 4x lanes interface they have either the KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD or their top of the range and quickest Kingston PCIe4x4 which is the Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD. I can't vouch for these drives as I've never ever used them but I've used the Western Digital and Samsung M.2 SSDs both in Gen 3 and Gen 4 and they are excellent drives and very reliable and quick especially the Gen 4.

Note: this laptop DOES NOT have provisions for a 2.5" SATA III drive like the Samsung MZ-V8P2T0BW that you listed above.

You have 2x 2280 NVMe M.2 slots that support up to 2TB NVMe SSD, Gen3, per slot like the Samsung 970 Evo Plus or WD PC SN720

This model comes with 2 SODIMM slots that support DDR4 PC4-21300 2666MHz Non-ECC SODIMM, 32Gb/slot maximum 64GB RAM

You can do the Crucial System Scan for your PT515-51 laptop. Also, you can't put 4TB PCIe3x4 M.2 SSD type drive into this laptop, the max M.2 SSD capacity is 2TB M.2 SSD PCIe3x4 up to 4 lanes, NVMe ONLY and this laptop can have a max of 32GB DDR4-3200MHz CL22 type ram into its 2x slots at 16GB DDR4-3200 • CL=22 • NON-ECC • SODIMM • 260-pin • 1.2V • 2Rx8/1Rx8 • PC4-25600 spec type ram.

With the M.2 SSD drives, the top and fastest PCIe3x4 M.2 SSD drives are either the Samsung Pro or Plus EVO NVMe type drive or the WD SN750 Black NVMe type drive or you can fit a mid-range PCIe4x4 M.2 SSD like the WD SN770 as that is backward compatible and will work at the max speed that the PT515-51 read/write can work at. You can also upgrade to Win-11 and all its windows updates, install all the appropriate Win-11 NVidia and Intel drivers, as doing all this will make your laptop perform 100% better than what it was oem.

Samsung 980 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD, 2TB, PCIe 4.0, 7,000 MB/s Read, 5,000 MB/s Write, Internal SSD for Gaming and Video Editing, MZ-V8P2T0BW
