Imposible to use remote monitor (win+K)MB311RN-32-P9N4 remote wireless projection fails

I work in a school. Since we bought the last TMB311RN-32-P9N4 remote wireless proyection fails in all this model devices.

We already tried any driver version available and the problem persist

We tried to connect Microsoft Wireless Display adapters, 2 or 3 diferen brand miracast displays or even our brand new Promethean screens, nothing works.

Can Acer look for a solution to solve this problem?

The compure connects to the remote device but shows just a black screen. If i change to extended desktop then the wallpaper is shown but frozen.

Same thing happends if I go back to duplicate. It shows what y have in the screen but frozen.

•  Search for Remote Desktop Connection in the Search box. And then open it.
• In the Remote Desktop Connection dialog box, click Show Options
• Switch to the Display tab, switch the Highest Quality (32-bit) to True Color (24 bit) in the Colors column, and then click Connect

If above steps does not work for you then try to lower resolution, Open Remote Desktop Connection. In the dialog box, click Show Options. Switch to the Experience tab, then uncheck the Persistent bitmap caching option.

Since those displays all are using wireless connections, and I assume you can connect to the internet to verify your wireless is working, the issue almost has to be software. Are you still running Windows 10 on your Travelmate Spin B311RN-32 or have you upgraded to Windows 11?

I still have Windows 10. Wireless works.

I can connect the screen but it shows a black screen or a frozen one if I change form "duplicate" to "extended"
