I have tried following youtube tutorials and downloaded 2 applications(Fortect and Outbyte-pc-repair) that claim to find the issue on your system preventing nitrosense from loading up. Yet nothing has worked. When clicking on the application to open it I will get the loading icon where the mouse is but then nothing else happens. I checked task manager while trying to boot up the application and it is there yet nothing pops up on the screen. I'm not sure if it is a hung application or what. Any help will be greatly appreciated🙏🙏🙏

This is how my taskmanager looks after booting it up and then nothing pops up on screen. I don't get the nitrosense animation or anything.

    1. Uninstall Nitrosense services from control panel
    2. Open cmd as administrator and type- Lodctr /r
    3. press enter and restart your laptop
    4. Install and run nitrosense

IMO, programs like Fortect, Outbite-PC and PC-Cleaner, etc., that offer an "Easy way out" of serious system issues are nothing but "Snake Oil". Diligent Windows system maintenance and carefully following instructions of this and other renowned Windows communities like Elevenforum is the only way to restore to a healthy Windows10-11 system again. Not only can these 3rd-party programs flag false alarms and even remove a crucial Windows system file but are notorious for deleting registry keys crippling Windows. Don't fall for sales hype on the web but critically follow the threads and ask questions on these 2 forums. Uninstall non-essential 3rd-party programs, get rid of all bloatware and only use Windows Defender and Edge in Windows11. Check for updates twice/month.

Try this: Open up windows Power Shell as administrator and type in the command: lodctr \R (capital R). or
Open Control Panel "Programs". Uninstall NitroSense and any remnants of previous NitroSense installs (see link below). Reboot and re-install latest version for your laptop model. https://www.elevenforum.com/t/remove-uninstall-entries-for-apps-in-windows-11.18793/

I understand that you're facing issues with NitroSense on your Acer Nitro 5 laptop after resetting it due to a virus. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

    Reinstall NitroSense:

Go to the official Acer support website for your region.
Locate the drivers and manuals section.
Search for your laptop model and download the latest NitroSense application.
Install the downloaded application and restart your laptop.
    Check for Windows Updates:

Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date.
Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and check for updates.
Install any pending updates and restart your laptop.
    Update Graphics Drivers:

Outdated graphics drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
Visit the official website of your graphics card manufacturer (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your graphics card.
    Run in Compatibility Mode:

Right-click on the NitroSense shortcut or executable file.
    Select "Properties."
    Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select your previous operating system.
    Click "Apply" and then "OK."
    Check for Conflicting Software:

Some third-party applications may interfere with NitroSense.
Uninstall recently installed applications and see if the issue persists.
    Run as Administrator:

Right-click on the NitroSense shortcut or executable file.
Select "Run as administrator" to ensure it has the necessary permissions to run.
    Contact Acer Support:

If the issue persists, it's recommended to contact Acer support for assistance. They may provide specific troubleshooting steps based on your laptop model and configuration.
Avoid using third-party applications like Fortect and Outbyte-pc-repair, as they might not be reliable and can potentially cause more issues.

I hope these suggestions help resolve the problem with NitroSense on your Acer Nitro 5 laptop. If the issue persists, contacting Acer support directly would be your best course of action. Good luck! 🤞🏼🔧
