Desktop background is changing after restart on Nitro AN16-41

After changing the desktop background to some solid colour it turns back to solid black after being in idle or restarted. It is annoying to have to change back to correct colour everyday.

Is this a some software, hardware or BIOS issue?

No hardware or BIOS issue but a Windows11 or 3rd-party wallpaper/video app.

To find a 3rd-party app that reverts your background settings, Disable non-Windows video services one by one in Windows Services and reboot.
