Acer Chromebook CB315-3H here was no touch screen how can i find out the other specs?

Hello - I recently purchased an Acer Chromebook CB315-3H. It was supposed to be the lastest 2023 model with touch screen. When i realized there was no touch screen I tried to look up the model number to find out why. The model is CB315-3H-N19Q3. I can find very little to no information on this model. Can anyone tell me what year model this is because i dont think it is a 2023. I believe it is much older. Also how can i find out the other specs?

I think the seller ripped me off?

    The first CB315-3H models appeared in 2019, but they have released a bunch of newer ones since then. I believe the newest design is vintage late 2022, but I can't be sure, since they often release models at different times for different locales. The CB315-3H-N19Q3 model designation isn't correct. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CB315-3H-xxxx, note only four numbers/letters after the 3H. I think you have looked at the "model number" field on the other sticker to get the N19Q3 and we don't have cross references for those, which often seem to be duplicated across different model series.

    I believe the touchscreen models are the CB315-3HT, i have a CB315-3H (Late 2021) and its not the touchscreen model
