Aspire Lite AL15-51 Why is my serial and SNID number invalid?

I wanted to download manual for my laptop (Acer Aspire Lite AL15-51) that i bought recently.
I tried the serial number and snid but it says its invalid, what should i do?
my serial number: UN431SI2913XXXX

The model may be so new that the Acer downloads site hasn't been updated to include it yet. I entered the model number and it doesn't seem to work for me either. Are you able to register it using the SNID?

If it was purchased in the same country or region from which you clicked on the 'register a product' link, who was the vendor/seller?
