inaccessible bootloader error and BIOS password is preventing me from accessing BIOS

I am experiencing with my Acer laptop. I am the sole user of this laptop, and I have only set a PIN for my Windows login. However, I have encountered an unexpected BIOS password prompt that I did not intentionally set. This BIOS password is preventing me from accessing the BIOS settings and correcting the boot order.

Moreover, when attempting to start my laptop, I am faced with an "inaccessible bootloader"

error, making it impossible for me to access my Windows operating system. Despite following various troubleshooting steps, such as running the SFC scan to repair system files, the issue persists.

I would like to bring to your attention that I recently installed a third-party application that updated some of my drivers. It was shortly after this update that the issues with the BIOS password and bootloader accessibility arose. My primary concern is to regain access to my laptop and resolve both the BIOS password and inaccessible bootloader problems. I have not knowingly set a BIOS password, and this unexpected situation is hindering my ability to address the bootloader issue effectively.

I kindly request your assistance in the following matters:

1. Guidance on how to reset or bypass the unexpected BIOS password.

2. Assistance with troubleshooting and resolving the "inaccessible bootloader" issue, allowing me to regain access to my laptop.

I understand the importance of these matters, and I am willing to provide any necessary information or undertake required steps to resolve this situation. Your expertise and support in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know the appropriate steps or actions I should take to rectify these problems. I can be reached via email or phone, and I am available at your convenience for any necessary discussions or remote assistance.
