Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 GTA 5 crashed every time I opened it. How can I fix this?

I have had a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 Series Laptop with i5 9th gen, 9300h, 4core, 2.4GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, 16 GB Mem and 15.9 usable for about 4 years now. At first it ran perfectly fine, even GTA 5 normally. But one day something went wrong and GTA 5 crashed everytime I opened it. I repaired it and got it back to normal. But now I cant play anythinng on it because every game I open, I can only get 5 FPS on it, even in the menus of a game like valorant. So my question is what can I do to have it normal again and play games with 60 fps or so?

My guess is that your CPU and GPU are overheating and severely throttled. You mean RAM is 10.9 GB usable as windows uses at least 5GB?
