Predator Helio PHN16-71Does opening up my new 4-month Acer laptop for cleaning dust void warranty?

I purchased an Acer Predator Helio Neo 16 PHN16-71 in June 2023. When I run the fan at max, there is not enough air coming out and the laptop is heating up too much. I am afraid there is a lot of dust accumulated inside, and I want a general servicing and cleaning to do ASAP. I have 3 years warranty. I don't trust random servicing centers including ACER's. Will opening my laptop and cleaning void my warranty? How do I verify?

Can anyone, especially, a certified member or an ACER employee please answer this question and help me?

That policy is applied differently in each country, check with Acer Services in your country if opening and cleaning the fans inside will void your Acer warranty, they will probably reply with "Yes". Chances are that it will not void the warranty, but you run a small risk if you have a major problem later (motherboard replacement) that there could be warranty issues because of the earlier opening. Best to have the cleaning done by Acer Services in your country either free of charge or a small service fee. 😉
