Acer Aspire 3 A315-58-36 F3 does not see the SDD through the loop

Hello, the laptop Acer Aspire 3 A315-58-36 F3, bought a cable NBX0002PI00 to expand the memory, I put 500gb, 1gb - and it does not read ssd.
By the selection method, it was found out that he does not read SSDs above 120gb, and does not read HDDs above 500gb - he reads the rest of the disks.

Let's say I inserted a 500gb ssd - the LED on the ssd glows, but the laptop is not readable in any way (I also looked at disk management). I inserted a 1 gb hdd when I started the laptop - it started to make noise and turn on more slowly.
Maybe he needs tension? Has anyone encountered this (for example on other laptops)? How to treat that..

Take cable NBX0002PI00 to expand the memory out, as that is why you are having those problems, you don't need that cable!

Here is how the 2.5" drive should look like installed:

The Aspire A315-58 can operate on 1TB or 2TB PCIe3x4 M.2 SSDs and 1TB or 2TB SATA III 2.5" mechanical or SSD drives. You must have corrupted drivers in your A315-58 laptop, as this laptop should boot with the 500GB M.2 SSD Gigabyte drive and work with the 2.5" SATA III - 1TB TOSHIBA - MQ04ABF100 drive that you have.

Update the A315-58 bios to the last Version 1.35 and also update the IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver - Version 19.5.1.1040 from the Acer Drivers and Downloads for the Aspire A315-58 page and install both of these drivers and see if the M.2 SSD works, also install all the windows update for Win-11. Be careful with the bios and follow the Acer bios flash guide. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
