My Acer Aspire One Cloudbook 14 now it wont bootup

My Acer aspire one cloudbook 14 worked fine until i stored it away for sometime then When i went and charged it up one day and found that now it wont bootup, or much anything else, i did manage to get into the Bios settings and as i scrolled down the list of components associated with it theres no HDD listed or SDD , so……. im guessing that being stored that long may have incurred a loss of memory/system? Probly why it doesnt Bootup, also it was programmed with windows 10 but dont seem to be now, so wondered if maybe you have experienced something like this before? if so is there any known techniques to get it to bootup?
