Acer EK221QHbi - no sound on series S monitor is not making sound?

Does anyone have an idea why the above monitor is not making sound?
There is sound connected to the laptop, but not connected to the Xbox Series S, unfortunately. I thought it might be muted in the monitor menu itself, but there is no sound settings menu in the OSD menu.

  • Hi @Simon1980 My experience tells me that if the OSD does not include the volume option, it means that it does not include a speaker. It is possible that not all models include it. Does the monitor's packaging specify that it includes them?

    I have not been able to find the service manual for that model to consult its specifications, What country do I buy it in?

    Keep in mind that your model is EK221QH bi, perhaps the "bi" makes a difference in the speaker incorporation, but I cannot confirm it.
