Nitro AN515-58 Driver problem? how long I leave it from there it will not power off

so when I start my computer sometimes my mouse and headphones don’t work and then I have to restart the computer up to 3 times sometimes for them to begin to work, and even sometimes if I don’t move my mouse for a while (watching a movie) my mouse will even go out then, and then I have to do the process of restarting the computer again. And even most of the time when I click the power button and the options come on the screen for sleep, and power off, if I click the power off no matter how long I leave it from there it will not power off and I will have to hold down the power button to finally turn it off. Please if anyone has any answers how to fix this

    These are signs of an outdated OS and drivers, what PC model do you have with what version of Windows?

  • Hello! It would be interesting to provide the exact model of the computer . Example an515-55. Try disabling fast startup in the power options.

    so the system model is the Nitro AN515-58 and is running on Microsoft Windows 11 Home (version 10.0.22621 Build 22621)

    Your laptop is barely one year old; you mean build 22621.2506 ? Did you do a full scan with Windows Defender?
    I recommend bringing it to Acer Services in your country to check this out, shouldn't happen to a new system.
