How do I fix a ED270R that randomly disconnects from my computer and then reconnects?

I just bought a refurbished ED270R and haven't had any issues except for the fact that the screen will randomly lose the computer's signal (and therefore the image) for around 10-15 seconds before regaining it again. This will happen while I am gaming and when I'm just browsing. I have tried switching the HDMI cable for a new one, plugging the HDMI cable into different ports, updating my GPU drivers, restarting the computer and monitor and the issue persists. I have also tried changing the refresh rate, disabling AMD FreeSync, and turning off the input auto-detect. Besides the random moments of losing connection to the computer, there haven't been any other issues. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately that sounds like whoever did the refurb on the monitor didn't do their due diligence in testing. Most 'refurbs' are actually just open box returns and nothing really needs to be done except repackaging. Sometimes though there was an actual issue and the testing is supposed to find those so they can be fixed. Most refurbishers provide a 90 day warranty, I'd contact them and get it fixed…
