Assuming you have a Windows laptop and not an Android:
Connect an external USB keyboard preferably wired but KB with a USB radio transmitter may work too. Reboot to Windows and see if you can logon with your external keyboard. If that works, try running Windows keyboard Troubleshooter. If no results, uninstall the keyboard PS/2 driver in Device Manager and reboot. Check if your laptop keyboard is working when you type your password.

If you don't have an external keyboard you can try to navigate with your mouse or Touchpad, right click on the power option in the login screen, while pressing shift (if the shift key is working), click on Restart and then Restart anyway Choose an Option screen appears, select Troubleshoot, Select Advanced Options and Restart F4 or just 4 to Safe Mode. You can activate OSK and do the driver uninstalling with OSK.

Hi, good evening! Here’s what you can try:

    1. Check Sticky Keys or Num Lock: Press Shift five times to disable Sticky Keys, and ensure Num Lock is off.
    2. Use On-Screen Keyboard: On the login screen, select the Ease of Access icon to open the on-screen keyboard and enter your password.
    3. Safe Mode: Restart and press F8 (or Shift + F8) repeatedly to enter Safe Mode, then try logging in.
    4. External Keyboard: Plug in an external keyboard if available.

Let me know if this helps!
