Hi

my system keeps crashing and microsoft says;

"Your minidump files indicate it is the chipset drivers that are causing your system to crash.Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed."

the problem is that I don't see any new firmware or update that's new. I have a Aspire A315-23. could someone pls let me know which files I need to download!

many thx in advance

    Hi,

    Try download and update AMD chipset and graphics drivers from here:

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-driver-autodetect

    I've installed the latest version of AMD drivers and chipset etc. The problem hasn't been solved. I ran memtest86 and is failed wil 7000 errors. The first suggestion is to replace the ram but I think it's soldered to motherboard or am I wrong? is it even replaceable?

    Thx

    Hi @Farshadnl,

    If the problem is in soldered RAM modules, you will have to seek technical assistance that can replace them.
