Can I upgrade fans on PO3-640? I can't enable XMP but I thought is that necessary?

At first my idea was to upgrade the case and motherboard because my fans are loud and I can't enable XMP but I thought is that neccesary? I'm still considering it. Does anyone recommend any CPU coolers or AIO coolers? because there is a loud buzzing sound and random heat spikes.

well, if you own the pc and it cannot be returned for a 5000 series. then yes ide get better fans and a Noctua cooler. search the forums and you will find a lot of options.

Yes, you can change fans on your PO3-640. What most people have been doing is to first upgrade the CPU cooler to the Noctua NH-U9S. and only go with additional fans if that upgrade doesn't meet your needs. Going with AIO is a lot more problematic due to the smaller case size on the 3000 series.
