Bad service, Approval for TV has to be replaced but no update received.- Case ID: XXX

My TV replacement has been approved under warranty for screen issues . The TV has still not been delivered after more than 2 months of approval. case ID: XXX. I had sent several reminders on customer support and several call made. there is no support from ACER.
