AN517-52 Microsoft basic display adapter?

In my display settings, it shows that I use Microsoft basic display adapter instead of my RTX 3060.
My model is AN517-52
I have tried downloading Nvidia drivers to see if it changes anything, but still nothing.
(My GPU is indeed displayed in my control panel.)
Also, the current driver version I installed is displayed only in my Nvidia control panel, but in properties of the card, it shows a completely different driver version. Is that normal? I really need help.

Make sure internet is working and uninstall both Intel iGPU and Nvidia dGPU drivers in Safe Mode with DDU, Reboot and let Windows10 reinstall the best display drivers. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

Hi @Dale9 can you post a screenshot of the device manager of the video device?
Have you tried uninstalling the NVidia driver and installing the Acer one?
