What is this Acer PCs model number that you changed the mainboard for, as just saying that "I have changed Motherboard and format the PC and it always the see device is inactive, also code error" is a bit hard to advise you correctly what is wrong. If the old PC has a windows 25 key code use that if its one of the new Acer PCs that is activated automatically then windows should activate with your Microsoft account. Give us more details.

I don't know the motherboard model, but it is a PC N50-620 model. The device was previously activated.I also don't know why when I accessed the Microsoft account that was activated before I changed the motherload, it did not work and this error appeared. xC004F213.If you need more details, just tell me what you need to know about and I will tell you

Error code 0xc004f213 usually indicates that there are internal errors found on your computer. Follow the steps below and check if it will resolve this error issue:

Run a system file checker to verify the integrity of windows system files on your computer making sure that there are no corrupted files on your windows.

Perform SFC Scan and Repair Windows Image
-This process will perform scan for any corrupted system files or integrity violation and will attempt to repair it along with the Windows Image.

    1. Open command prompt with administrator access
    2. Type each command below and wait until scan is completed.

    SFC /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Note: While the command is running, it's expected to see the process stuck at 20 or 40 percent. After a few minutes, the process will complete successfully.

Once you complete the steps, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool will connect to the Windows Update servers to download and replace any damaged files in the local image for Windows 10 as necessary.

    3. Close the command prompt.

After the scan completes, run the activation troubleshooter to identify and fix the activation problem, so that your OS is activated - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/usi...

Is the replacement motherboard also from an N50-620? The Microsoft tech is correct that OEM systems have their Windows license tied to the motherboard, but if the replacement motherboard also has a license (i.e., you replaced it with a used motherboard) it should just use the new MBs license.

I answered on your other thread. It is best to only open one thread for a question to help keep others from being confused.
