This is a 2020 model so you probably upgraded to W11 Home, what build are you on now? Should be W11 22H2 build 22621.2428 if not check for updates. See in Task Manager Performance tab what your RAM capacity and speed are and how much RAM is used, as a minimum 4GB should be available for W11. You can upgrade RAM to 16GB if 8GB DDR4 module is soldered on the motherboard. That will run at 2667 MHz in Dual Channel mode. If only 4GB is soldered and another 4GB is in the removable RAM slot you can replace the 4 GB for a 16GB module and you will have 20GB total RAM running in Single Channel mode at half the speed.

Poor system maintenance is another factor that slows down Windows11, redundant bloatware, CCleaner, 3rd party AV like AVAST and multiple browsers active on top of Edge, uninstall all that and trial versions too. Run Storage Sense and click on the Temporary bin at the left bottom it will find 100s of GB redundant W10 files like OldDos, etc, remove all junk files.

Finally look at your SSD, is this a Gen4 type with large capacity like the Crucial P5 Plus 2TB PCIe M.2 2280SS Gaming SSD or a Gen 3 type running at half speed? Refresh the system image, open the Command Prompt as Administrator and paste this command:
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth that should run successfully, rerun if not, than paste this command in the same window: SFC /scannow that should end with "Found no integrity violations" rerun if files are repaired till you see that.
