Help troubleshooting docking station not registering HDMI signal

Hello, I have this docking station and this model acer predator helios 300. The docking station is USB 3.0 and has 2 USB ports + 2 HDMI ports. The USB ports are working but the HDMI are not registering, e.g.,
-I do not see either monitor on the Display settings, advanced settings, or anywhere in devices/system info
-I verified the docking station HDMI ports do work with my work laptop (lenovo thinkpad x series). The HDMI cables work as well
-I tried updating any relevant drivers but it doesn't seem there is anything specific for this to update. My video card drivers are up to date. I tried restarting PC a couple times as well

Any help/tips would be appreciated. Thank you!

The USB port specifications of the Predator Helios 300 (G3-571-77QK) doesn't make no mention to DP Alt and/or ThunderBolt support.
