I've recently purchased a new Acer Spin 314 Chromebook from a 3rd-party reseller. Their product listing describes USI Stylus support for this item. The series/model number is CP314-1H/N21Q7.

Which stylus can I use with this model, and where it is documented? (I can't find the stylus compatibility status for this model anywhere).

There are two base models in the CP314-1H series, and many SKUs for each base model. The CP314-1H do not support an active stylus, the CP314-1HN do. If you have the CP314-1H then you can use a capacitive pen that acts like a finger, but not the sharp tipped active styluses.
