The Nvidia Geforce GTX GPU is not visible in nitro 5 AN515 55 Device Manager

I have Acer nitro 5 AN515 55. The Nvidia Geforce GTX GPU is not visible in Device Manager (not even in stealth mode) or anywhere. And HDMI doesn't work either. Is this a hardware problem? How can I solve it?

    Hi @ALANGESTER if the card is not visible in the device manager, it could be a hardware problem. Does an error appear?
    What is the version of Windows installed?
    Did this problem occur suddenly or did it coincide with an update or hardware change on the computer?

    does not appear on my devices, I have the version of windows 11 and format it and try to reset the battery.

    The problem appeared yesterday I think nothing was installed, but the HDMI stopped working and the graphics card did not appear on my devices even showing the hidden

    No errors are seen and only the Intel graphics card is visible, it is very strange that it is no longer recognized even if it is an integrated chip.

    If you try to install the driver, does it let you or does it warn you that there is no device?

    For my part, I think it is clear that the NVidia card is not working at the hardware level and has a problem since the device manager does not recognize it and the driver does not find it.
