How do I access downloads for Acer TMB311R-32? Web links seem broken.

At Acer.com, support, after entering my serial number or model number, clicking on downloads button takes me to the identify your device page. I doesn't go to the downloads and manuals page. I have a TravelMate TMB311R-32.

    They have been doing updates to the web sites, and it looks like one of the latest has broken the model search for downloads. Give it a couple of days and try again. When it's working again, you can just enter B311R-32 as your model, no need for the long SN or SNID.
