Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54. i get BSOD error after RAM addition

I added 2666mhz 8GB RAM with same RAM in another slot to make 16GB just different company but screen keeps on freezing from time to time and whenever i start playing games BSOD occur either with DCP watchdog violation or stop code: IRQL not less or equal. Sometimes it happens without playing games too. And i never had this problem before adding RAM. Things i already did for solution are

Windows Memory diagnostics - no error
memtest-no error
windows 11 update latest
Checked for drivers update
Checked for latest BIOS update
Checked with 3200mhz RAM still same problem
Interchanged the RAM in slots

My Laptop is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54.

SK Hynix old RAM 8GB

Kingston new RAM 8GB

Did you match new ram Voltage, CL Rate with old ram?

yeah voltage is 1.2v for both but idk how to check CL

Download and install Cpu-Z and post ram details screenshot of Both ram

Actually i had bought the 3200mhz RAM but it seemed to have same problem and i returned it and exchanged it with same company 3200mhz RAM because couldn't find 2666mhz RAM and the error persisted so exchanged the 2666mhz RAM from another laptop in home which was working fine in another laptop. So the thing is i can exchange that 3200mhz RAM but i maynot be able to find 2666mhz and i will have to talk about the return policy with the seller so that i can buy from another seller. Now tell me what are solutions in both situations when i can return it or might not?
