XF270HU monitor Pixels in monitor are messed up after 4 years after purchase, is this normal?

As you can see across the top of the monitor, there is a line of pixels that is messed up. I originally bought the XF270HU monitor in October 2019 and thought it'd last longer than 4 years. I've tried using pixel fixer software and applying pressure to the screen itself, but neither have worked. This started a month ago. Any ideas or is it time to purchase a new one?

Try swapping out the video cable. Often that type of artifact is caused by noise in the cabling or corrosion of the connectors.
