Acer Nitro AN515-52 Dead in middle of use

I hope you all are doing well.

This is regarding my AN515-52 laptop which I bought on 24th June 2020. I was using tools like chrome, firefox, burpsuite, slack, flameshots etc and all of sudden my laptop powered off, I tried connecting the charging cable but that also didn't help, the power led and charging led is NOT powering on, the laptop is also not powering on.

The above tools which I mentioned, I used to use those on my laptop everyday and at that time it didn't gave any issue but this time it got powered off and now it is still NOT turning on. It seems like the laptop is dead.

I am not sure how this happened with this laptop because,

I never dropped this laptop
Charged using UPS
Always used laptop table and not used it on lap
I used to close the apps when I used to hear the fan running sound to avoid giving too much load on the laptop.

I also wanted to explain the background based on which we can say that I got a defective piece.

The laptop started giving battery issues within first year of use even after charging it using UPS (Uninterruptible power supply)

I got it changed from the acer after lot of struggle and followups and again after few days that newly changed battery also giving issues, based on my usage and experience it seems I got the old battery in the name of replacement.

Has anyone faced such issues with acer laptops ?

You don't use UPS units with modern laptop power adapters that have a range of 90-240 VAC while outdated UPS protocol may interfere with adapters and your laptop battery charging (BIOS + MS ACPI).
Don't use 3rd-party browsers, use Windows Edge as your default browser, never keep several browsers open at the same time, this will crash your network.
You may have a RAM (bad DDR4 module) or a drive issue. If you cannot boot anymore or the crashing continues, I recommend bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset BIOS and check the laptop HW. If you can boot to Windows, run Reset this PC without losing your files.

First inspect the DC-In port and cable (see caption below) and see if this cable is not lose of damaged and has stopped your laptop from charging 100%, also inspect any circuitries around the DC In port mainboard connecting plug, if there are any circuitries that are burned out, inspect that area and remove the black plastic shield shown below, as it could be that your laptop has a burned power stage.

If there are no signs of any burned circuitries then disconnect the main battery and power the laptop with the main charger only and see if the laptop boots without the battery, as you could have a faulty battery that could be causing the none boot.

If it doesn't, then do a Hard Reset, which entails undoing the back cover and taking the back cover off, then take the main battery out, disconnect the bios battery, take the ram out and leave the laptop like that for 1 hour, reconnect all components and see if the laptop reboots. If it doesn't then your laptop has issues with the power charging stage, and you need to take your laptop to either Acer Tech Support or to an experienced technician in your area so that your laptop can be fixed.
